Legacy Softwash LLC is proud to announce the successful completion of a home washing service for a beautiful large white stucco home in the Normandy Estates neighborhood of West Plano. This project was a referral from a previous satisfied customer, showcasing the community’s trust in our services.

The homeowner was particularly concerned about avoiding a mess during the cleaning process, as the sandstone blocks of the patio are interlaid and contoured to one another, secured by a compacted granite substrate that serves as a natural mortar. This compacted granite provides stability and cohesiveness between the stones, enhancing the overall structural integrity of the patio. I explained how our softwash method could effectively clean the area without spraying granite pebbles everywhere.

Our focus included cleaning the sandstone front walkway and the sides of the patio, as well as addressing the water runoff and organic streak marks on the low-rise white stucco garden wall. We also revitalized the brick and mortar on top for a complete transformation.
